Who we are

Permeance Technologies have assembled a team of multi-disciplinary experts that span the full lifecycle of all Content Management, Enterprise Portal and Development projects.

Co-founders Terry Mueller and Paul Robinson established Permeance in 2006 and have remained at the helm alongside a talented team with strong technical expertise and practical know-how. By combining academic and engineering principles with our practical backgrounds we deliver world-class enterprise solutions.

Our point of difference

Permeance Technologies focus on delivering with a difference: we are not a vendor with a vested interest in having our product selected; or having a proprietary product stack to protect.

We are acknowledged internationally for our contribution to the open technology community, in particular APLaws. We take pride in being able to assist governments to harness the benefits of open technology standards and methodologies.

Our longstanding relationship with Government bodies is a testament to this and we look forward to developing collaborative networks within the Open Technology Foundation (OTF).
